Amazing work Clinton!
I think the highlight of yesterday’s Staff Forum event was the amazing videos that Clinton put together! So I just wanted to pause and acknowledge Clinton for his great work.
I know Clinton was under a lot of pressure to turn around all the videos in time – lining up interviews, driving out across Melbourne on location, sourcing archival footage, putting it altogether, putting up with my last minute requests for changes – all of that takes a lot of time and resulted in some sleepless nights.
What popped out the other end of all that though was some great footage that is so impressive, and that I will be using over again with stakeholders in the future and it added so much to yesterday’s mood by adding emotion and laughter.
The “Hot Seat On the Road” pieces tickled our funny bones…whilst the 2019 recap of stories at the start touched our hearts. On this latter video, just a few pieces of verbatim feedback from the Executive team included….

I too had “something in my eye” when I watched the first 2019 recap video. In fact, when I first viewed it and went to give Clinton feedback on some changes, I actually couldn’t speak and had to leave the floor in tears, compose myself and come back!
So well done Clinton for touching us with your work.
